In Home Physical Therapy
Expert In-Home Therapy That Comes to You — Covered by Medicare
We offer three types of therapy — all 1:1, all delivered in your home by the same licensed clinician. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, regaining daily independence, or rebuilding confidence after a fall, our therapists help you heal where healing happens best: at home.
Not sure which therapy you need? That’s exactly what our free consultation is for.
What We Offer: Three Therapies, One Mission
Physical Therapy (PT)

Common situations:

- Gait training and movement retraining
- Pain management strategies
- Home safety assessment
- Functional practice (stairs, transfers, walking)
Your result:
Walking with confidence. Climbing stairs independently. Playing with grandkids. Doing the things you love without fear.

- Difficulty with self-care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Trouble managing household tasks (cooking, laundry, cleaning)
- Fine motor challenges (buttons, writing, using utensils)
- Cognitive changes affecting daily decision-making
- Home safety and fall prevention
- Adapting to physical changes while staying independent

- Adaptive equipment training and recommendations
- Home modifications for safety and accessibility
- Cognitive exercises if needed
- Family education and support
Your result:
Getting dressed by yourself. Cooking your favorite meals. Managing your home independently. Feeling capable and in control.

Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
For communication and swallowing.
Speech therapy helps you communicate clearly, swallow safely, and engage fully in conversations and life. Whether after a stroke, with a chronic condition, or age-related changes, we help you find your voice.
Common situations:
- Difficulty finding words or expressing thoughts (aphasia)
- Slurred or weak speech (dysarthria)
- Swallowing difficulties affecting diet and safety
- Cognitive-communication challenges (memory, attention)
- Voice changes or speaking difficulties
- Language recovery after stroke or brain injury
What you’ll experience:

(Most Patients Benefit from a Combination)
Many patients benefit from two or all three therapies working together. For example:
- A stroke survivor might need PT for walking, SLP for speech, and OT for daily independence
- A post-surgical senior might need PT for strength, OT for getting back to cooking and hobbies
- An elderly patient with fall risk might need PT for balance, OT for home safety, and SLP for swallowing
The good news: We coordinate all three therapies seamlessly. You have consistent therapists, integrated treatment plans, and family involvement across the board.

Common Questions About In-Home PT
Q: Will I always see the same therapist?
A: Yes. We specifically hire for consistency. Your therapist stays with you for your entire recovery journey.
Q: How do I know if in-home PT is right for me?
A: Schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. We’ll discuss your situation and be honest about what therapy can accomplish.
Q: Can my family attend sessions?
A: Absolutely. We encourage family involvement. It improves outcomes and helps loved ones understand how to support your recovery.
Q: Is in-home PT as effective as clinic PT?
A: Research shows comparable or better outcomes. The advantage: therapy happens in the context where you need it most — your home.
Q: What if I’m not making progress?
A: We track progress carefully. If therapy isn’t working after a reasonable timeframe, we adjust the plan or discuss alternatives. Your progress is our priority.
Q: Does Medicare cover this?
A: Yes. In-home PT is covered by Medicare Part B at the same rate as clinic-based PT. We verify your benefits and handle all billing.
Q: What if I haven’t had surgery — can I still get PT?
A: Absolutely. In-home PT works for chronic conditions, fall prevention, balance issues, weakness, and any condition affecting mobility. You don’t need surgery to benefit.
Q: How long does recovery take?
A: It depends on your condition, current ability, and effort. Some patients recover faster with in-home PT because they attend sessions consistently. We’ll give you realistic timelines after your evaluation.
